I didn't know it at the time because I had a small salon with staff and a very busy client base BUT....... I was still only earning what id earn working for someone else ! without the perks and with all the stress.

I tried multiple things that never worked , I floated around wondering how these salon owners were making so much money and I was genuinely considering packing it all in and working for someone else.

Until one day I decided to invest in me and knew I was worth it, I could not let it all go to waste I had worked way too hard. Yes I spent thousands on business education and coaching and discovered everything I was NOT doing to make my business a success.

Thats where I come in, 

I spent 2 years at university to get my teaching qualification because I was so passionate about teaching the next generation of stylists, I successfully wrote and hosted multiple in person hairdressing classes which were great and I loved it but I soon realised that behind the scenes I was learning a lot, more than I thought. Soon every class I taught turned into  a business masterclass I was giving so much advice and value in the sessions it just naturally became my calling.

I realise how starved of this our industry is, my lovely students were more interested in how to succeed in business that I decided to take the plunge follow my calling and help guide this next generation of stylists and small businesses just like I had.
