Hairdresser, Qualified teacher, salon owner, business coach and someone who knows EXACTLY what it's like to work your socks off and have very little to show for it!
I've been in the hair industry for 24 years and owned my salon for 16 of them.
But here's something you might not expect...
I was fully booked, in demand and brilliant at what I did, yet I was earning LESS than minimum wage!
I thought being busy meant being successful. I couldn't have been more wrong!
Everything changed when I stopped guessing my prices and started understanding my numbers.
I went from a business turning over around Β£17,000 a year to over Β£80,000 a year, without needing to become a celebrity stylist or social media influencer!
